The architect's mission was to develop a future-proof, healthy, flexible, comfortable and energy-neutral building. This new town hall has the BREEAM Excellent sustainability score.

The main goal of this project was to create an inspiring working environment according to the concept of the "new work". In an early stage, Fagerhult joined forces with the E-Control consultants and made a first plan for this building. Later, the plans were fine-tuned with the entire construction team (Heembouw and Lomans Totaalinstallateur). Keeping the character of the building was key when making the right choice of the luminaires. The building opened in the summer of 2019.
